Her specialist area is data augmentation, data analysis and preparation and execution of complex direct marketing mail and email programmes. Prior to forming Segar Associates, Christine was a consultant with Marketing Technologies and one of the original developers of Brains, Australasia's most successful CRM product. Paul has an extensive IT background. Prior to founding Segar Associates, Paul was Development Director and a shareholder of Marketing Technologies. Apart from directing development of Brains, Australasia's most successful CRM product, he had project management and consulting roles with major clients. Prior to Marketing Technologies he ran his own successful software development and consulting company. Paul's specialist area is software development and project management.
