A fully integrated triple phase campaign was created consisting of the following: 1) Unbranded tease driving consumers to www.guts.co.nz 2) Online engagement and data capture and 3) Full product reveal and sales drive.

GOOD TIMES redefines the concept of a loyalty programme, which is often based upon points collection schemes. Constrained by retail FMCG distribution channels, Nestle New Zealand thought outside the square to achieve brand loyalty growth. A clever mix of loyalty techniques and CRM principles, with continual dynamic segmentation, delivered phenomenal results.
